Description: Juniper Square is seeking a founding Legal Operations Director to build its legal operations from the ground up. The successful candidate will design and implement operational playbooks, serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Legal, manage the legal-tech stack (with a focus on Ironclad and AI workflows), and oversee vendor relationships and spend management. This role offers a highly collaborative environment with the flexibility of remote or hybrid work across various locations.
Key Benefits & Compensation: Base salary of $140,000 - $170,000 USD plus equity, comprehensive health benefits, Flex Time Off, retirement plans, and an annual professional development stipend.
