Job Title: Legal Operations & Litigation Strategy Consultant (In-House)

Epiq Counsel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations & Litigation Strategy Consultant to support a leading enterprise financial services organization in transforming its litigation and legal operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize litigation processes, capacity models, and workload allocation
• Build and operationalize KPIs and data-driven reporting frameworks
• Drive adoption of legal technology (e.g., matter management, e-billing platforms)
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across process, reporting, and systems
• Partner with executives to align operations with business goals and demand

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• 5+ years of experience working within or alongside Legal Operations function
• Proven ability to assess and improve processes, KPIs, and operational frameworks
• Experience with capacity modeling, workload allocation, and organizational design
• Strong exposure to legal technology ecosystems (e.g., matter management, e-billing, reporting tools)
