Description: Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Legal Senior Counsel, Market Access to provide expert legal advice and counseling on strategic and tactical projects within a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, the selected candidate will support business partners across departments such as Market Access (including Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution, and Government Pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline. Key responsibilities include advising on statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, the 340B program, and the Veterans Health Care Act, as well as ensuring compliance with the Anti-kickback Statute and other US healthcare compliance laws.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $214,400 - $321,600 (eligible for annual bonus and equity awards).
- Flex Designation: Remote-Eligible (options for Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site work).
