- Advise on statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, the 340B program, and the Veterans Health Care Act.
- Provide counsel on market access, reimbursement, government pricing compliance, and state drug price reporting/transparency laws.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare compliance laws, including the Anti-kickback Statute and the False Claims Act.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues and review communication materials.
