Vertex Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Legal Senior Counsel, Market Access. - Advise business partners on Commercial initiatives to advance company strategy while addressing legal risks.
- Provide legal counsel on statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, 340B program, and the Veterans Health Care Act.
- Advise on government pricing, price reporting compliance, and federal/state legislation impacting pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare compliance laws, including the Anti-kickback Statute.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues supporting commercial, pipeline, and privacy sectors.
