The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and counseling to business partners across various departments, including Market Access (Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution, Government Pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline. Key responsibilities include advising on statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, the 340B program, and the Veterans Health Care Act, as well as ensuring compliance with US healthcare laws such as the Anti-kickback Statute.
