Description: Vertex Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Legal Senior Counsel for Market Access. This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and is responsible for providing expert legal counsel to business partners across departments such as Market Access (including Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution, and Government Pricing), Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling prescription drug companies on market access, government pricing, contracting, and healthcare compliance laws.

- Advise business partners on commercial initiatives, statutory and regulatory obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and the Veterans Health Care Act.
- Provide legal counsel on government pricing, price reporting compliance, and state drug price transparency laws.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues across commercial, pipeline, and privacy sectors to deliver comprehensive legal advice.
