Jobgether is recruiting a Liability Claims Manager on behalf of a partner company. Operating within a healthcare risk management environment, this role involves overseeing complex professional and general liability claims from initial notice through final resolution. The manager will evaluate exposure, guide investigations, shape defense strategies in collaboration with legal teams, and supervise outside counsel while ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage professional and general liability claims from inception through settlement or trial.
• Direct and coordinate investigations to establish liability, assess damages, and determine appropriate reserves.
• Supervise outside counsel, monitor litigation progress, and align with organizational defense strategies.
• Review applicable case law and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Travel as needed for depositions, mediations, healthcare facility visits, and trial proceedings.
