Crossing Hurdles, a global recruitment consultancy, is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm that represents leading automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in complex warranty and litigation matters to hire a full-time Litigation Associate.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop defense strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $150,000 - $165,000/year + discretionary annual bonus.
