This on-site role is designed for individuals capable of handling a fast-paced environment while contributing to the winning fight for "The People" against insurance companies and large corporations. The successful candidate will manage a comprehensive range of litigation support tasks, including the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Primary responsibilities involve e-filing in state and federal courts, conducting legal research, coordinating depositions, and organizing trial binders. The role also requires active communication with clients and courts, as well as assisting with witness preparation and case settlements. Eligibility: * Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting. * Previous experience in Workers' Compensation is strictly required. * Associate’s Degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred). * Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred). * Proficiency in e-filing within both state and federal court systems. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
