As a prominent personal injury law firm, Morgan & Morgan focuses on consumer rights and advocacy. This role involves working directly with a lead attorney and legal assistant to manage high-volume litigation tasks and support the firm’s mission of representing individuals against large corporations and insurance entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of litigation support duties, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as e-filing in state and federal courts. The role also encompasses conducting legal research, managing discovery requests, preparing trial exhibits, and assisting with witness preparation and case settlements. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals capable of handling a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Eligibility: * Worker's Compensation experience is required. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting. * Associate’s Degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred). * Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred). * Proficiency in multitasking, organization, and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
