Description:
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will be deployed to one of the following two divisions:

• Land and International Rail Division: Involves legal work shaping Singapore's land and cross-border rail connectivity. Key responsibilities include advising on statutory interpretation, handling personal injury or property damage claims, drafting agreements, and contributing to legislation for international rail projects. Ideal candidates have experience in public law, land law, or infrastructure-related work.
• Infrastructure, Technology & Cybersecurity Division: Sits at the intersection of large-scale infrastructure development and digital/cybersecurity landscapes. Responsibilities include advising on the full life cycle of construction contracts (procurement, drafting, and disputes) as well as technology contracts and cybersecurity regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have experience in construction law and/or technology and cybersecurity law.
