The Land & International Rail division focuses on land law, compensation claims, and cross-border rail initiatives. Eligibility: Candidates must possess a tertiary qualification in Law (LLB). Professional experience in regulatory or commercial legal issues is required. Specialized experience in construction law, land law, or technology/cybersecurity law is highly desirable. Prior in-house or public sector experience will be considered an advantage.
