The successful candidate will provide legal services concerning emerging land transport matters, including the regulation and development of autonomous vehicles, next-generation road pricing, active mobility, and point-to-point passenger transport services. This role involves working on matters of national and public interest to deliver creative and legally sound solutions. The appointee will work closely with policy and operations divisions to provide advice on regulatory and licensing issues during policy formulation. Key responsibilities include researching and rendering legal advice, drafting contracts and other legal documentation, and advising on the Authority’s contractual risks and obligations. Given the disruptive nature of modern transport technology, the role requires a forward-thinking approach to anticipate legal implications. Eligibility: * Tertiary qualification in Law. * Must be a "Qualified Person" under the Legal Profession Act or have been called to the Singapore Bar. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills. * Pro-active, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
