- Independently draft, review, and negotiate hotel agreements (management & franchise agreements), amendments, and notices.
- Provide legal advice to European regional teams and collaborate on operational, commercial, and debt recovery projects.
- Conduct legal research and coordinate external counsel for disputes, tax, and operational issues.
- Support corporate matters for subsidiaries and local branches, including entity establishment/liquidation, board meetings, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with the global Legal department on regulatory compliance, privacy, competition law, and trademark registrations.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Education: Master of Law (JD or LLM) from a reputable university.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the Legal Department of a major international company.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
- Work Authorization: Entitled to work in the European Union.
