The event is designed to provide students with a structured platform to deliberate on the policy roadmap required for "Viksit Bharat"—the vision of a developed and self-reliant India by 2047. By stepping into the roles of policymakers, participants will engage in informed debates regarding the practicalities of nation-building and economic transformation. The competition focuses on the central theme "Viksit Bharat (ViswaGuru) … For A Reason?" with sub-themes covering Indian diplomacy, the transition to a $30 trillion economy, space technology ecosystems, Atmanirbhar Bharat in defense, and the "One Nation One Election" initiative. The event aims to sharpen participants' logical reasoning and public speaking skills through high-stakes parliamentary simulation. Key highlights include a total cash prize pool of up to ₹18,000, with specific awards for the Best Parliamentarian (₹10,000), Best Speaker (₹5,000), and Highest Commendation (₹3,000). All participants will receive certificates of participation.
