The selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of two years, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. Advocates who have previously served in this capacity may be considered for re-appointment only after a period of three years from the conclusion of their earlier term. The selection process includes a 10% preference for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and lady advocates who are widowed or divorced, subject to the submission of requisite proof. Applicants are required to submit an affidavit stating that they have not applied for the position of Oath Commissioner in any other Delhi Court and that they primarily practice at the Delhi High Court. Eligibility: * Minimum of 3 years of practice as an Advocate as of the last date of application submission. * Must be primarily practicing at the Delhi High Court complex. * Average annual income must not be less than Rs. 24,000/- during the preceding two years (Income criteria is not applicable to persons with disability and lady advocates who are divorcees, widowed, or single).
