This is a remote, highly compensated role structured as an hourly engagement rather than a salaried position, offering significant flexibility for senior practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, IP licensing, and vendor contracts. Additionally, the role involves advising on corporate governance and entity formation for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). The position begins with a part-time trial period at a rate of $250/hour, increasing to $350/hour upon completion, with annual 5% rate increases thereafter. The firm remains open to candidates who wish to maintain their own independent consulting legal practice alongside this engagement.
