The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation for new funds, amendments, and closings, as well as reviewing subscription materials and side letters. The role also entails supporting compliance monitoring, maintaining corporate governance records, and coordinating legal filings. The paralegal will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and outside counsel regarding fund launches and ongoing regulatory projects. Eligibility: * Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within private equity, asset management, or a law firm. * Mandatory experience supporting fund formation matters. * Demonstrated background in compliance, including exposure to regulatory filings and legal documentation. * Familiarity with private fund structures and the investment management environment. * Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
