Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage complex, high-value cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is committed to delivering exceptional advocacy for clients in both State and Federal Courts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as first-chair on complex personal injury cases in State and Federal Courts
- Manage full litigation lifecycle: case intake, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-trial matters
- Prepare for and litigate trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and summary jury trials
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of first-chair personal injury litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of State Supreme and Federal Court rules and procedures
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to $250,000, commensurate with experience
