Developed in collaboration with IIT Delhi’s Public Systems Lab, the program aims to bridge the gap between policy awareness and action, training individuals to think institutionally and design robust frameworks for systemic change in areas such as technology, trade, and governance. Participants engage in a "learn by doing" approach, working on live policy projects that address real-world governance challenges. The curriculum focuses on developing core capabilities in policy analysis, data-driven research, and structured communication. Additionally, the program provides direct mentorship from senior bureaucrats and institutional leaders, offering participants a clear pathway toward careers in government, think tanks, and multilateral organizations. Eligibility: * Early and mid-career professionals and changemakers. * Graduates or post-graduates from any discipline (including Engineering, Humanities, Business, or Sciences). * Candidates must demonstrate a strong drive for systemic impact; a technical background is not required.
