Description: Haleon is seeking a senior-level Principal Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for its Quality, Supply Chain, and Product (QSCP) functions. The successful candidate will provide expert legal guidance on global manufacturing quality, product safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include advising on ingredient risks, global supply chain requirements (FDA/EU), and supporting ESG-related manufacturing goals. The role involves high-level decision-making to protect the company's license to operate and maintain regulatory credibility.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and be admitted to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 10 years of experience providing legal counsel in highly regulated manufacturing environments is required. Prior in-house experience in a matrixed organization and deep expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are preferred.
