- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements, SaaS, professional services, data licenses, and NDAs.
- Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and advise on risks associated with vendors' use of AI (data usage rights, liability, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Privacy, and Security) to develop efficient contracting processes.
