Eligibility: * Must have 5+ years of experience working at a law firm or in-house. * Proven experience in procurement (commercial) counsel or a related legal position. * Possession of an active bar license. * Strong understanding of IT-side operations and technical agreements. * Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain fast turnaround times. * Preferred: Experience with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), building legal playbooks, and public company contracts.
