Inyo Legal Recruiting is currently seeking a driven and entrepreneurial attorney to serve as In-House Counsel for a market-leading organization operating in the rapidly evolving psychedelic-assisted therapy space. This full-time role is based in San Francisco, CA, and offers a unique opportunity to enter an emerging, high-growth sector of healthcare law.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with a legal infrastructure designed by an AmLaw 50-trained legal strategist. Key aspects of the role include:
- Assisting in scaling the company's legal framework and infrastructure to support exponential business growth.
- Advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic legal planning within the psychedelic-assisted therapy sector.
- Embracing and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and data technology tools to optimize legal operations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks while fostering business innovation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in this position must meet the following requirements:
- Professional Background: Experience and training equivalent to an AmLaw 50 firm environment.
- Experience Level: Associate-level seniority with a strong foundation in corporate, regulatory, or healthcare law.
- Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to make a positive impact in the healthcare and wellness space.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a highly competitive compensation package and significant professional upside:
- Base Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience (DOE).
