Description: A top-tier Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Real Estate practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The selected candidate will work on complex real estate finance transactions involving multifamily housing finance, commercial lending, and construction and permanent loan matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating due diligence, and communicating directly with lenders, borrowers, and opposing counsel.
Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 1 to 4 years of real estate finance experience (experience representing lenders in multifamily housing finance transactions is preferred).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar or pending admission is required.

Salary/Remuneration: $225,000.00 - $295,000.00 per year (Base pay range)
