Description: Arabian Hills Investment is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Registration Officer to manage property registration processes and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws. Responsibilities include managing transactions on the DARI platform (Registration, Title Deed issuance, Transfers), handling off-plan project registrations, and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for legal and regulatory compliance. The officer will act as a key liaison between development projects and government entities such as the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field and have 2-4 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector (Developer or Law firm background preferred). In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Law No. 3 of 2015 and proficiency in the DARI Platform are required. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
