You will prepare reports on titles, leases, refinancing, and acquisitions, and contribute to agreements for lease and wider property due diligence.

You will join a growing Real Estate team in Belfast, working closely with experienced professionals, including Alison Reid, Partner, Ruth Downie, Legal Director, and one of the London Partners, John Downs. The team is recognized for its strong technical and commercial capability across all areas of the market.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in English property matters
- Solid experience in due diligence, asset management, and transactional real estate work
- Strong commercial awareness, focus on quality, and ability to work directly with clients and colleagues
- Adaptability, collaboration, and comfort working within a national team
