- Provide legal consultation to executive leadership, program leaders, and administrative staff.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Advise on labor and employment law matters, including employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FEHA, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison with outside counsel on litigation and specialized legal matters.
