Regulatory Counsel at Revolut

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join their growing Legal team in România. The successful candidate will advise the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products in the areas of payments and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing financial products in the areas of payments and banking
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Helping structure and expand Revolut’s products, while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Engaging and working alongside European and local regulators
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PQE
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Europe
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and strong communication skills
