- Partner with business groups to identify regulatory and compliance risks and provide actionable legal advice.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across key global markets.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and training programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage regulatory inquiries and investigations.
- 3–5 years PQE, qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, or another comparable common law jurisdiction.
- Experience in regulatory compliance gained in-house at a technology/internet company, a law firm advising tech clients, or a government regulatory body.
- Strong product sense and curiosity about the technology industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
