Title: Remote - Legal Operations Manager Category: Jobs Organiser: The Home Depot (Temco Logistics) Description: The Legal Operations Manager is a newly created strategic role designed to scale, structure, and optimize legal operations across the organization. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of legal, technology, and business operations, partnering closely with the General Counsel, IT, and various business stakeholders to build scalable processes and deliver insights that reduce risk. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing workflows across all Legal Department functions, establishing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing legal technology platforms. The manager will also be responsible for enforcing outside counsel guidelines to optimize spend and leading projects that align departmental outcomes with business priorities. Eligibility: * 7+ years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a related field. * Strong preference for candidates with corporate legal department experience. * Demonstrated technical aptitude with hands-on experience managing legal technology platforms. * Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
