The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, and work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, developers, and fellow legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Proactively identifying and resolving legal issues
- Maintaining excellent levels of client communication throughout the transaction
- Liaising with lenders, brokers, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
