Description: Giga Energy is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel to manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including EPC agreements, equipment purchase, power purchase agreements, and land licenses.
- Identify and manage legal risks in commercial transactions, proposing practical, deal-forward solutions.
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to business development, procurement, construction, and finance teams.
- Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms.
- Manage outside counsel relationships on commercial matters.
