Fees: NoneDescription: DoiT is seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global legal team. This remote role covers activities primarily in North America, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed. The successful candidate will handle commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors, and advise on complex legal matters, including go-to-market and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role offers a unique opportunity to help scale a high-growth, technology-focused business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including strategic transactions, partner agreements, license agreements, SaaS, professional service agreements, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
  • Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities (MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc.).
  • Assist with other legal matters such as product launches, collections, human resources, and litigation.
  • Handle day-to-day legal inquiries, corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance, and data privacy reviews.
