- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including strategic transactions, partner agreements, license agreements, SaaS, professional service agreements, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
- Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities (MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc.).
- Assist with other legal matters such as product launches, collections, human resources, and litigation.
- Handle day-to-day legal inquiries, corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance, and data privacy reviews.
