Description: DoiT is seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global legal team. This remote role covers activities primarily in North America, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (strategic transactions, partner agreements, SaaS, professional services, DPAs, and vendor contracts), leading legal support for channel partner activities, and advising on complex legal matters, product launches, compliance, and data privacy.
