Description: DoiT is seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this remote role primarily covers North American commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors, while supporting EMEA and APAC regions as needed. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, DPAs, vendor contracts), supporting product launches, and handling day-to-day legal inquiries.
