Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts and Legal Manager to join their team in Canada. This role will be responsible for leading the review, drafting, and redlining of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review, drafting, and redlining of a wide range of commercial contracts
• Independently negotiate contractual terms with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Provide senior-level guidance on complex or high-value agreements
• Manage contract lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective use of internal contract management systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, or equivalent legal qualification with 3+ years in contracts work
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently lead contract negotiations and engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
