Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to manage SP&S deals from a commercial and contractual perspective throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a key commercial and contractual lead across the entire deal lifecycle
• Developing and negotiating detailed contractual agreements
• Supporting bid and proposal teams in scope definition, pricing strategies, and customer communications
• Managing deal risk, governance processes, and ensuring adherence to internal review frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Extensive experience in contract management within the energy or any large industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and commercial frameworks
