Description: Oracle is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Financial Services Legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel. This role is created in response to regulatory developments affecting service providers in the financial services space, such as the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the UK’s Critical Third Party (CTP) regime. The successful candidate will help design and implement compliance frameworks, partner with internal stakeholders, and manage relationships with regulators.
Eligibility:

• Practicing lawyer with 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks that affect service providers to the financial services industry, such as DORA and the UK CTP regime.
• Experience in dealing with regulators and managing regulatory supervision.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of the technology sector.
