Eligibility:

• 3-5 years experience in a corporate/legal governance role, ideally with some experience in a Private Equity firm.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French (written and spoken) desirable.
• Demonstrated writing skills, strong analytical skills, creativity in written materials, and strong oral presentation skills.
• Ability to think broadly about legal and compliance information, think through problems, assess a variety of factors, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organisational and project management skills and an ability to effectively progress multiple assignments.
