- Lead and support commercial technology matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Provide legal guidance and education to the organization on commercial risks, opportunities, and AI regulations.
- Build out legal strategy and refine processes related to commercial contracting, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide mentorship and support to other members of the legal team.
