Title: Senior Counsel, Corporate Category: Jobs Organiser: Larson Maddox Description: Larson Maddox is recruiting a Senior Counsel to lead the global legal function for a growing aviation and industrials business. This is a high-visibility, executive-facing role primarily focused on managing commercial contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving the company’s legal department, managing both in-house and outside counsel, and developing standardized legal processes to support a global organizational structure. The role involves partnering with sales and procurement teams to negotiate complex domestic and international agreements, including those involving airport authorities and infrastructure markets. Additionally, the Senior Counsel will oversee the M&A function, managing legal diligence, data rooms, and transaction documentation. The position also provides legal advisory on corporate governance, employment matters, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active state bar membership. * Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience (a combination of "Big Law" and in-house experience is preferred). * Strong background in commercial contracting within the industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or aviation-adjacent industries. * Meaningful exposure to M&A processes, including due diligence and transaction support. * Experience supporting multinational operations and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
