Description: LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Counsel to support its expanding legal function. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides comprehensive legal support across product, privacy, corporate, and employment matters in a global SaaS environment. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating legal agreements, providing legal input on data privacy and IP, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives.
Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Typically 6+ years of legal experience, including in-house or equivalent client-facing experience.
• Experience advising SaaS companies and foundational knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, and technology transactions.

Salary & Benefits:

• Zone 1 (SF/NY/Boston/Seattle): $152,900 - $210,210
• Zone 2 (LA/Austin/Chicago/etc.): $137,600 - $189,200
• Zone 3 (Other US locations): $129,900 - $178,640
• Includes Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.
