This newly created strategic role is designed to support transaction teams across both residential and commercial markets. Reporting directly to a prominent General Counsel in Asia, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the organization’s growth strategy, offering high levels of ownership and regional autonomy. The position's primary focus is divided between transaction management (75%) and strategic growth projects (25%). Key responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and supporting the closing phases of various deals, including M&A, investments, and commercial transactions. The role also requires navigating and influencing senior stakeholders to ensure regional strategic outcomes align with the group’s overarching strategy, while providing regulatory and compliance support across the region. Eligibility: * 12–20 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). * Professional training from a Tier 1 law firm. * Relevant in-house legal experience. * Strong background in M&A and commercial deal closures, ideally within the real estate sector. * Exceptional communication skills suitable for engaging local, regional, and international stakeholders. * A stable professional history and a driven, proactive mentality.
