Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Counsel, Vendor Contract Legal on behalf of a partner company. In this role, you will serve as a key legal partner supporting procurement and vendor management activities within a fast-paced healthcare organization. You will lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of complex commercial and healthcare-related contracts, while contributing to the optimization of contracting processes, templates, and workflows. Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex vendor agreements, including healthcare-specific contracts (e.g., pharmacy benefit management and utilization management arrangements).
  • Manage a broad portfolio of commercial contracts, including software licenses, master service agreements, NDAs, and BAAs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to procurement and internal stakeholders, providing practical legal guidance and risk-based decision-making support.
  • Improve and optimize vendor contracting workflows, including the development of templates, standards, and contract management systems.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance contracting efficiency.
