Description: An elite Am Law firm, represented by BCG Attorney Search, is seeking an experienced Senior ERISA & Executive Compensation Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized employee benefits and executive compensation practice in New York, NY. The role involves advising U.S. and international corporate clients on sophisticated employee benefits, executive compensation, and transactional compliance matters, including Section 409A and Section 280G compliance.
Eligibility:

• J.D., LL.M., or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer handling ERISA and executive compensation matters.
• Experience advising on compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions.
• Must be admitted to practice law in New York or eligible for admission.

Location: New York, NY (with flexible telecommuting options up to 2 days per week)
