The Ministry of Law, Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive for its Individual Insolvency and Debt Repayment Scheme Division (IIDRSD) within the Insolvency & Public Trustee's Office (IPTO). The executive will handle the adjudication of claims filed under the Debt Repayment Scheme (DRS). This is an 11-month non-renewable contract role.Key Responsibilities:

• Examine the validity of creditor claims using relevant laws and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Correspond with debtors, creditors, and their solicitors to gather additional evidence and information.
• Resolve disputes arising from claim adjudications and liaise with the legal division.
• Issue statutory notices, monitor timelines closely, and assess appeals against rejected claims.
• Conclude preliminary adjudications to determine DRS suitability within Court timelines.
