Description: Ascendion is recruiting a Senior Family Law Attorney on behalf of an Award-Winning Law Firm specializing in Family Law litigation. The successful candidate will handle trials, mediations, and arbitrations, conduct legal research, and draft essential legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changing local, state, and federal laws and statutes.
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Argue motions in court during legal proceedings.
