Role and Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with navigating complex corporate legal landscapes and providing strategic counsel. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Legal Risk Analysis: Drafting comprehensive legal opinions (conceptos jurídicos) and conducting preventive risk assessments to safeguard the organization's operations.
• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of legal documents, including commercial contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and corporate minutes/resolutions (actas societarias).
• EOR Support: Providing continuous technical-legal support and managing Employer of Record (EOR) processes across jurisdictions.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

To be considered for this senior-level legal position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Must hold a professional degree in Law (Profesional en Derecho).
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of general legal experience, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar corporate or advisory role.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with a certified C1 level of English proficiency, as the role involves cross-border coordination.
